Det fjerde albummesterværk fra Ramones kan i år fejre 40 års jubilæum. Det hyldes med denne eksklusive deluxeudgave, der indeholder 3 CD'er og 1 LP.

CD'erne indeholder tilsammen to forskellige mixes af albummet (et original, remasteret mix og et 2018 mix kaldet Road Revisited); rough mixes af alle sangene; samt en hidtil uudgivet koncert i New York, 1979. LP'en indeholder albummet i Road Revisited-mixet. Bokssættet udkommer i et begrænset, nummereret oplag og kommer pakket med en særlig 12x12 hardcover bog.

Udover med musikken indeholder bokssættet sjældne fotos og artwork, heriblandt et alternativt coverbillede, samt essays fra hhv. den tidligere New York Rocker-skribent, Roy Trakin, tegneren af albumcoveret, John Holmstrom, og produceren af albummet, Ed Stasium, der fortæller om albummets tilblivelse.
