Ny 4CD-boks, der markerer 45-års jubilæet for Bob Dylans verdensturné i 1978 og mindes hans første turné i Japan nogensinde med to bemærkelsesværdige shows i Tokyos Nippon Budokan Hall den 28. februar og 1. marts 1978.

Dette sæt indeholder 58 numre, herunder 36 hidtil uudgivne, som alle er nyligt mixet ud fra de originale bånd af lydteknikeren Tom Suzuki.

Udgivelsen er pakket i en 12x12" boks og indeholder en detaljeret 60-siders bog fyldt med hidtil usete fotografier fra turnéen sammen med en kopi af det originale 20-siders turnéhæfte. Sættet indeholder også kopier af billetstumper, to plakater og to kopier af trykte annoncer, som giver samlingen et historisk touch. Samlingen er prydet med nyt artwork af den oprindelige art director, Teruhisa Tajima.
