Beliefs' Spirit

Sometimes a person programs himself through the restrictive beliefs and societal classifications that he imbibes through the people around him so that internal conversations begin here that are not positive but rather orders and mockery of the self. Beliefs may sometimes be blunt assumptions or perceptions of the self, which are formed either from external thoughts or personal experiences of previous situations, which control the self, restricting our thoughts to become an obstacle to achieving future goals. You may face some unexpected and traumatic situations due to negative thoughts and random decisions that are not sufficiently studied, and eventually, you find yourself reaching the unexpected result, simply because you planted the seeds of society and others within you and got what people want and not what you want. Our emotions and behavior have their roots in beliefs, they shape our life, and our experiences are expressed and interpreted according to them. We could put beliefs between good and evil, beauty and ugliness, acceptable and unacceptable, moral and immoral, pain and gentleness. The majority of our beliefs are satisfactory; however, the few unsatisfactory create a feeling of emotional instability; what affects us is freezing a belief because this goes against the life which is in perpetual motion.
