Bailey's Rising Above Deception Volume 65
II Facs Joseph a Bailey
ABOUT THE BOOKEvil does not have top priority in destruction of Spirituality but rather it is eroded (wear away) and corroded (gnaw away) by Deception. These Illusions are false impressions of a person(s), place, or Thing-whether because of misinterpretations of its Character, focus on its desirable actions, or wrong appearances. Deception and its associated synonyms (e.g. chicanery, deceit, equivocation, fraud, trickery) are the use of misrepresentation to win the Trust or approval of others so as to mislead them. Deceivers make the vital integrity a "SEEMingly" right necessity or an inconsequential misrepresentation. The effects may be good or bad. Engaging in Fun/Playful/Pleasant Deceptions are excellent ways to deal with daily Serious Business and keep alive close relationships. Bad Deception concerns those acting to create unfair advantages for themselves, while putting Victims at unfair disadvantages. Those who buy into Deception are naïve and trusting; ignorant of some aspect of what is presented; are so weak as to willingly seek things they have been told to love but could not find it on their own. Thus, to be able to get "SEEMs" right things about what they feel they are supposed to love is a reason Deceivers will always find those who desire to have their fantasies played with by telling them things they love, good or bad. Their emotions are so "awed," overwhelmed, and swayed by Appearances as for them to overlook their doubts, defects, and 'live wildly.' Thus, they get on the wrong track leading to self-destruction. The result of Bad deceptions causes one to believe what is not real and not believe what is real-both causing Vicious Cycles.
