ABOUT THE BOOKSelfhood-Mastery/Greatness resides within: (1) ones own Selfhood "Yoga Seed" of Highest (Divinity) Self in Unified Harmony with ones purified Lower (Animalistic) Self; (2) ones "Yoga Seed" Spiritual "ME/WE" unity with all God's Creatures/Creations; (3) Universal "Yoga Order"-i.e. Selfhood/"ME/WE" "Yoga Seeds" yoked to/orchestrated by Cosmic Divine Intelligence. All "Yoga Order" humans have birth gift instilled Perfections showing as God's Images + having life living defects to show they are only God's images. Yet, each is to create, enhance, maintain the world each wants to love and live in, so as for all to interdependently contribute to Cosmic Harmony. Such is done by Self-Mastery-i.e. possessing Selfhood "Yoga Seed" unity--displayed in all one thinks, feels, says, does--in any significant Setting/Situation. Ones related choices, decisions, solutions are to conform to the Spiritual Elements Standards of Unconditional Love, Truth, Reality, Naturalness. Out of these, Personal Standards in every task are extracted for use as Human Ideals + striving to achieve Human Perfection in each. Self-Mastery requires: (a) African Tradition's Mathematical Thinking, in keeping with Nature's Processes; (b) developing ones Talent in order to carry out ones assigned Divine Plan of Uplifting others while Climbing towards being a Ma'at Human; (c) not allowing Animalistic Emotions to slow, stop, reverse ones wholesome progress. Start with Self-Discipline (training for mental strength/toughness) + Self-Control (restraining/regulating ones impulsive actions). Both are needed for dedicated intents to keep going straight ahead to ones Legacy Destination. The only Right reward for doing so is personal contentment, not benefits from external sources. These cultivate ones Selfhood Greatness and Self-Pride in doing Right Life Thinking/Living.
